Red Rain

Born from the womb of a queen who was never loved, and scorned all her life by the king and the court, Princess Emblin of the Sacred Tower has survived through mockery and far from royal grace. One day, driven to the edge by the king’s violence and weary of a life without freedom, Emblin is sent, by the queen’s decision, to the lands of Redian. With no one by her side and no power to protect herself, her heart clings to the memory of the one who always cared for her younger sister with unwavering devotion: Trish, heir to House Eicke. On impulse, she sends him a letter, begging him to become her guardian. At that very moment, after a heated quarrel with his father over his sister’s marriage, Trish leaves the ducal estate and heads without hesitation to the Winter Conservatory in the domain of Redian, where Emblin awaits. “I, Trish Eicke, swear before God and pledge my honor as witness, that I shall protect Emblin from this moment on until death breaks my vow.” --- Extra Tags #MedievalSetting
